My name is William Bradford, Owner of Crossed Swords. I first created Crossed Swords when I was 18, Crossed Swords started as an IT Consulting company for local businesses in the rural areas that was not being serviced by the IT Consulting companies in the larger cities. Since then Crossed Swords slowly morphed into what it is today. Crossed Swords is more focused on helping the client out, doing what is right for the client even if it does not mean the company makes the profit it could have made. The company believes that ethics, hard work and benefiting others are traits that are slowly being lost in today's workplace.

The logo was created before the company traditionally crossed swords represents martyrdom, battle and power. The shield is of course defense. All of these are part of the DNA of Crossed Swords

Martyrdom - If you are not ready to make the sacrifices, to be willing to give yourself to a cause then you are not an entrepreneur. One must be also willing to be open and vulnerable as not to become cold and dis-passionate to their clients and employees.

Battle - Business is war, one needs to be willing to fight for what they want, one has to weight the advantages and disadvantages of each fight, of whom to ally with and who to make an enemy.

Power - One should not kid themselves, business is about power. Not the power to crush, but the power to change, the power to be able to make a difference to allow people and companies to complete their business and person goals.

Defense - One must remember business is war, and no war is won being on the offense all the time, one has to know when its time to attack and when its time to hunker down and defend what you have.

Crossed Swords four market vectors are Media Development, Self Sufficiency Consulting, Visionary Research and IT Consulting:

IT Consulting is straight forward doing IT Consulting and Project Management for clients, my major thing setting me apart from the competition is I am not afraid to tell the truth, to not give the client a sub-standard product, even if the company loses money on the deal. We at Crossed Swords put customer service first, last and always.

Media Development - Media Development is market vector that includes poetry, short stories, novels, character bios, world building, movie scripts and lyrics. Crossed Sword plans on pitching ideas and developing the ones that generate the most interest which will translate on better sales and better understanding of the current market trends.

Visionary Research - is the market vector is for ideas that require massive investment, research and infrastructure. Ideas that could be very disruptive to the economy or a market sector. The change the world ideas like creating an industry that takes old buildings and reuses them or takes them down and recycles the usable parts of that building.

Self Reliance aka Preparedness Training  is by definition - Reliance on one’s own capabilities, judgment, or resources; independence. The basics of this is:

1. Having the skills to grow crops, find water and locate shelter.
2. Having an independent mindset, one that if something is wrong instead of waiting for help. One will try to help themselves, failing that will use whatever methods to locate and direct help to themselves.
3. Instead of buying new items, learn to recycle and reuse what is freely available in their local area.
